In addition to a cozy living room, there are two beautiful bedrooms at your disposal. Through the large panoramic windows you can look out onto the impressive Grimming - the highest free-standing mountain in Europe. On the large terrace or in the garden you can pamper yourself with sunbathing or relax with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine.

Pricing details

  • Bed linen, hand and tea towels are available and included in the price.
  • For each additional adult (from the 3rd guest) there is a surcharge of € 43.00 for adults and € 10,00 per child (up to 15  years) per night.
  • The maximum occupancy for the apartment is 4 people.
  • The city tax is €2.50 per day for people aged 15 and over (not included in the price).
  • The one-time cleaning fee is €70.00 (included in the price).
  • A deposit of €180.00 will be charged, which will be refunded immediately after the end of the rental period.

25% of the total rent is required as a deposit for the reservation via bank transfer. The remaining amount of the rent plus the deposit will also be invoiced to you via bank transfer approximately 10 days before your arrival date.
